Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Location: Doylestown, Bucks County, PA Position: Full-Time Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM Salary: $90,000 $104,000 per year

Summary As a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA), you'll work side-by-side with a Physical Therapist to carry out treatment plans that improve strength, mobility, and day-to-day function. This role is hands-on and people-facingguiding patients through exercises, tracking progress, and helping them feel confident in their movement again.

Responsibilities

• Provide treatment interventions under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises and functional movement training
• Use manual techniques and modalities as directed (e.g., heat, ice, e-stim)
• Monitor patient response and report progress/concerns to the PT
• Educate patients on home exercise programs and proper form
• Document visits accurately and on time per clinic standards
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized treatment environment
