Outside Sales Representative

Location: Media, PA

Compensation: $40,000 base salary + commission (first-year potential: $80,000 $120,000+)

My client is a fast-growing residential remodeling contractor serving the Greater Philadelphia Areaand we're hiring outside sales representatives to meet with homeowners, assess renovation needs, and close high-ticket remodeling projects. What you'll do:

• Meet with qualified homeowner leads provided by the company (no cold calling).
• Conduct in-home consultations for kitchen remodeling, bathroom renovations, finished basements, and other interior home improvement projects.
• Build trust with customers, understand their project goals, and educate them on the remodeling process.
• Create detailed project estimates using our pricing tools.
• Present proposals and close deals on the spot or with timely follow-up.
• Manage your sales pipeline and stay on top of follow-ups and scheduled consultations.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of outside sales experience in the home service space (windows, siding, roofing, flooring, painting, etc) home remodeling or construction sales preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to close deals face-to-face.
• Understanding of home interiors, construction scopes, or renovation projects is a plus.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit homeowners across the Philadelphia region.
