Hybrid; 3 days onsite each week in Downtown Chicago. Summary: The Technology Project Coordinator supports the delivery of technology initiatives by tracking project progress and maintaining up-to-date status reporting across all workstreams. This role works closely with workstream leads to gather updates, identify dependencies, and flag risks or blockers that require attention. The Project Coordinator is responsible for preparing and distributing regular status reports and dashboards that keep stakeholders and leadership informed of project health. They help maintain project plans, action logs, and meeting documentation to ensure accountability and continuity across the team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional looking to build foundational project management skills within a dynamic technology environment.
