Five Star Holiday Village seeks organised and highly motivated Holiday Home Sales Negotiator (Advisor ) to join a busy customer and sales focused team. We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised, motivated sales professional , to join our Holiday Home Team. Working in an enthusiastic team, you will be responsible for securing sales and ensuring all associated department administration is completed to a high standard to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Interested in: A professional Sales Negotiator/ Advisor with experience working with the estate /letting agency, with associated administration and customer service experience. You will be friendly and approachable with a desire to promote our wonderful Five Star Holiday Village to attract prospective Holiday Home owners whilst still providing a great service to our existing customers.
The main duties of the role will be: Provide tours of the Village and holiday homes to prospective customers/welcome customers and undertake customer appointments. Maintain and develop relationships with existing and new customers in person and via telephone calls and emails. Selling Holiday Homes to maximise profit and achieve annual financial objectives.
