Solve complex business problems using data from internal and external sources Provide data-driven insights regarding the performance of provider contracts and related processes Work with Humana corporate and market leadership to understand business strategy Contribute to cross-functional data analysis or reporting initiatives Serve as the data and visualization subject matter expert Build optimized, scalable, and well-documented analytical processes Mentor teammates to promote best practices Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience using SQL to write complex queries against large data sets Experience designing, building, and maintaining technology solutions in low-code application technology like Microsoft Power Apps/Power Automate Strong experience working within the healthcare sector Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements between business users and technical development teams Ability to gather, analyze, interpret, and present complex data Experience consulting with users at all levels Proficiency in verbal/written communication to senior and executive leadership Benefits:
