Job Description:
Build intuitive, responsive dashboards and interfaces that make complex AI interactions simple for internal and client users. Design and maintain the cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) required to host AI apps and manage API connections. Build robust ETL pipelines to ingest, clean, and move data into data lakes for AI processing. Ensure all AI products meet rigorous data privacy standards, especially when handling sensitive client information. Implement cloud-based automation. Establish CI/CD pipelines to ensure the AI Task Force can deploy updates rapidly and reliably. Design, maintain, and optimize data lake architectures (S3/ADLS/GCS) and warehouse layers (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery), including partitioning strategies, schema governance, and cost optimization. Maintain clear documentation of data flows, transformation logic, and source-to-target mappings to support auditability and regulatory compliance. Requirements:
3+ years of experience in an agency environment (or fast-paced consulting). Demonstrated interest in AI tools with at least 2-3 documented use cases applied to current or past projects. 5+ years of experience, mastery of frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend environments (Node.js/Python). Proficiency in dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas) and familiarity with dbt or similar transformation frameworks for maintaining clean, versioned data models. Ability to provision and version data infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation, ensuring reproducibility across environments (dev/staging/prod). Proven experience building ETL pipelines and connecting third-party APIs. Relevant certifications (an asset). Proven experience managing cloud services, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures. Deep expertise in connecting disparate systems via REST/GraphQL APIs and managing authentication. Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and building data pipelines for large-scale ingestion. Strong understanding of web security, encryption, and data residency requirements. Ability to build and iterate on products in a fast-paced environment with a focus on "shipping" high-quality code.
