5+ years of product design experience Comfort designing both consumer-facing acquisition flows and data-dense operational tooling Ability to hold a large, interconnected ecosystem in your head and design experiences that scale Comfort designing for products with multiple distinct user types You've worked inside a production design system and know how to evolve one Deep experience with components, variables, auto layout, and prototyping in Figma A refined sense of typography, layout, color, and visual hierarchy Comfort partnering with Product on qualitative and quantitative research Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools in your workflow You're effective working remotely with a distributed team Benefits:
