Sr. Graphic Designer
Bonobos is seeking a Sr. Graphic Designer that will report into the Brand Art Director and is responsible for leading and managing the development and execution of print and digital design, editing, and visual storytelling across all customer touchpoints. As leader of the graphic design team, they will serve as manager and mentor to the team members and represent them cross-functionally by presenting to partners and leaders across the organization including the Executive Leadership Team. This highly visible role is responsible for managing a high-volume of creative workflow—leading and managing development of content that inspires and captivates the customer and our community, translating our creative & brand into multi-channel marketing collateral. This role will help define the brand's digital design look and feel—from seasonal campaigns to product launches—by managing execution of omni-channel content and partnering with stakeholders to execute with clarity, consistency, and by-channel optimization. Key responsibilities include: 30% Graphic Design Team Leadership and Management 50% Graphic Design 20% Strategy and Concepting Required experience and qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field 5-7 years of graphic design experience in retail and/or e-commerce (or at an agency for an e-commerce client) Strong conceptual thinker with a digital and print background Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, have a keen understanding of graphic/web design principles and current web technologies (html, css) Strong communicator and have the ability to prioritize and manage work while adhering to critical timelines Passionate about branding, storytelling, and producing engaging content and campaigns Ability to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously, but welcoming feedback and collaboration Can back-up your experience with a strong portfolio Critical skills and attributes include: Demonstrated meticulous knowledge of graphic and digital design Deadline-oriented with ability to lead and manage multiple projects with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Creative, insightful, and interested in fashion and pop culture Excellent interpersonal skills, leading and supporting a team environment Excellent people management and leadership skills Excellent communication—verbal and written Excellent time/project management skills Ability to recognize and react to the demands of an evolving and changing work environment Comfortable and confident effective decisions in a timely manner Goal oriented with the ability to stay focused on creating winning results High level of conceptual and strategic thinking A natural curiosity and self-learning approach to keep up with the rapid changes in digital and social media Benefits and compensation: Medical, pharmacy, dental and vision coverage 401(k) and Roth 401(k) with Company match Merchandise discount Paid Time Off Parental leave for new moms and dads For part-time associates, PHOENIX is partnering with LIG Solutions to help associates obtain individual insurance coverage that best fits their needs and budget, including major medical, dental, vision, supplemental insurance, life Insurance and more. Actual compensation offered is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, work location, education, relevant skills and experience of the candidate. Pay Range
$85,100 - $123,200 Closing
