Partner with Enterprise Sales to develop customized trial strategies aligned to customer business objectives, competitive landscape, and deal strategy. Define clear success criteria tied to executive-level outcomes and ROI. Build strong relationships across safety, operations, IT, and executive stakeholders. Facilitate executive business reviews and value presentations that articulate measurable impact. Lead coordination across Sales, Key Accounts, Product, Implementation, and Operations to ensure trial success. Identify opportunities for broader solution adoption during the evaluation phase. Contribute to refining trial methodologies, playbooks, and enablement assets. Requirements:
5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, strategic consulting, customer success, or solution consulting within a SaaS environment Proven success supporting complex sales cycles (enterprise-level ACV preferred) Strong executive presence and ability to influence VP and C-level stakeholders Experience building ROI models or translating data into business impact narratives Demonstrated ability to navigate competitive evaluations Strong organizational discipline and ability to manage multiple high-visibility engagements simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to travel up to 20% Experience in fleet, transportation, safety, or related industries is highly preferred Benefits:
