Responsible for supporting the successful execution of projects by providing comprehensive administrative and operational support Coordinate planning activities, track progress, prepare reports, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met efficiently Maintains, organizes, and updates project documentation and content to ensure accuracy, version control, and easy accessibility Collaborates with the business to gather, validate, and analyze project information, including scope, schedule, cost, and resource data Prepares detailed status reports, dashboards, and presentations to aid in decision-making and stakeholder communication Coordinates the execution and on-time completion of project milestones by partnering with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and timelines Identifies and communicates project issues, dependencies, and risks Supports the development of proactive mitigation strategies and solutions Supports resource planning activities by tracking allocations and identifying potential constraints or gaps Fosters effective communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals and expectations Evaluates project management processes, tools, and templates; recommends improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency Requirements:
HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred Generally, 2-5 years of experience in area of responsibility Bachelor’s degree in business preferred 1+ years of experience in project management environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, with the capacity to make data-driven suggestions.
