Key Responsibilities
Support clients remotely via email, phone, and messaging platforms
Assist with travel reservations, itinerary changes, cancellations, and special requests
Provide clear and accurate information regarding destinations, travel requirements, and internal procedures
Monitor upcoming trips and proactively communicate with clients as needed
Resolve inquiries or concerns in a timely and professional manner to ensure client satisfaction
Ideal Candidate
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in customer service, travel, hospitality, or support roles preferred
Strong organizational skills with close attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote, home-based environment
Comfortable learning and using booking systems and digital tools
Interest in travel and helping clients feel confident and supported
