Client: Medical Device Manufacturing Company Location: Jacksonville, FL 32216 Duration: 7 Months (Possible Extension) Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM EST | 20 hrs/week
Description: • Support sales training and commercial launch activities • Coordinate training schedules, logistics, and documentation • Maintain LMS content, assign modules, and track completions • Generate attendance, assessment, and onboarding reports • Manage training records and effectiveness summaries • Coordinate shipment and inventory of training materials and supplies • Support collaboration with Sales Training, Marketing, Compliance, and Product teams • Communicate risks, issues, and scheduling impacts to leadership • Participate in onsite training in Jacksonville once per quarter
Required Skills: • Budget management and coordination skills • Learning Management System (LMS) administration • Activities and event coordination • Commercial product support experience • Strong communication and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills: • Experience in sales training environments • CRM tools experience (Salesforce preferred) • Training coordination or trainer experience • Strong presentation and facilitation skills
Education: • Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred
Work Experience: • 2+ years of experience as a Sales Trainer, Training Coordinator, or similar role preferred • Experience with LMS platforms and training documentation preferred
