About the Role

Pete's RV Center is seeking a high-performing Service Advisor who can control the drive, maximize repair orders, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position will also assist with Internal Service Advisor tasks.

This is not an order-taking rolethis is a sales-driven position where you are responsible for:

  • Driving revenue through service recommendations
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Owning the repair process from start to finish

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments and control daily workflow
  • Write accurate and complete Repair Orders (ROs)
  • Present and sell recommended services and repairs
  • Provide clear, confident explanations of work, pricing, and timelines
  • Upsell additional services based on inspections and service history
  • Monitor repair progress and proactively communicate with customers
  • Secure approvals and close sales opportunities effectively
  • Ensure all work is properly documented and completed
  • Resolve customer concerns and maintain top-tier CSI scores
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and selling skills
