WhatYou’llDo
- Complete building work orders and servicerequests asassigned.
- Paint andassistwith the upkeep of the grounds including landscaping.
- Reports all mechanical failure or negative conditions asobservedinassignedarea toMaintenanceDirector.
- Fix fixtures, heating/cooling units, etc.
- Maintain maintenance equipment.
- Perform day-to-day maintenance functions for the community to include carpentry, painting, plumbing,electrical& HVAC.
- Maintain the physical appearance of the community.
WhatWe’reLooking For
- High school diploma or GED desirable.
- Minimum 1 year of maintenance experience.
- Knowledge and experience with the use of power tools.
- Ability to communicate with co-workers,residentsand family members.
- Ability to apply basic math skills.
- Make routine decisions requiring minimal judgment which may affectinternaldepartment.
