We are seeking a Controls Engineer to join a rapidly growing manufacturing and engineering organization specializing in industrial machinery and large-scale infrastructure solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to work on highly customized machine designs and be part of a company experiencing major growth tied to large national projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building controls systems from the ground up and wants to play a key role in new machine development. Why This Opportunity? Massive company growth with long-term project pipeline Opportunity to work on large-scale, high-visibility projects Hands-on engineering environment with strong technical ownership Stable hours and collaborative engineering culture Ability to design and program new machinery from concept to completion Work directly alongside experienced engineering leadership What You’ll Be Doing Design and program controls systems for new industrial machine designs Write PLC logic and develop electrical schematics from scratch Build and refine controls architecture for custom machinery Release drawings, BOMs, and engineering documentation to manufacturing Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to support production and machine functionality Participate in design reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement initiatives What We’re Looking For 5+ years of Controls Engineering experience in industrial machinery or machine controls environments Strong PLC programming and electrical design experience Hands-on experience with Allen Bradley and/or Siemens PLC platforms Ability to develop controls systems for new machine builds Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication and collaboration skills Nice to Have Experience with servo drives or motion control systems Background in new product development Validation testing or continuous improvement experience BSEE degree or equivalent hands-on experience Location:

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Compensation:
