Our specialized team is committed to preserving natural teeth while creating a calm and supportive environment for every patient.We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support providers during treatment, help deliver an exceptional patient experience, and contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the practice. Schedule: Full Time, Monday - Thursday 7am-4pm ResponsibilitiesProvide chair-side clinical support to Drs by assisting, charting, patient education, operatory set-up and clean-upDeliver a superior patient experience at all phases of their appointmentTake and process X-RaysMaintain accurate patient records and documentationComplete sterilization processes for equipment and operatoriesWelcome, comfort and educate patients on oral hygiene and post treatment careEnsure infection control protocols, maintain patient confidentiality and follow workplace regulationsPlease note that additional responsibilities may be assigned QualificationsRequirements High school diploma or equivalentDental Assistant certification and Dental Radiology certification, based on state regulations and practice requirements1+ years of Dental assisting experiencePreferred SkillsExcellent communication skills and a team-first attitudeReliable, organized, and comfortable in a high-level clinical settingWe OfferCompetitive CompensationBenefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, Flexible Spending Accounts, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays and much more!
