BDC Sales Representative

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing and following up with customer inquiries while delivering an outstanding customer experience. Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through are essential.

Compensation

• Pay range: $19$21 per hour

Sales Bdc Responsibilities

• Manage incoming internet and phone inquiries while proactively generating additional customer leads
• Listen carefully to customer needs and provide tailored recommendations on vehicle options
• Collaborate closely with sales consultants to deliver qualified leads and detailed customer insights
• Meet and exceed monthly performance goals
• Contribute to a positive team environment by working collaboratively across departments

Sales Bdc Qualifications

• Prior customer relations or Bdc experience preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of internet sales experience (automotive experience is a plus)
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented
• Confident, energetic, and positive attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player with a desire to achieve both individual and team success
