Grocery-Lead-FT

As an H-E-B Store Department Lead, you'll lead a well-stocked, well-maintained department, while providing superior customer service. You'll also perform supervisory responsibilities, such as scheduling work, and training / developing Partners. Key responsibilities include store lead operations / training, customer service / sales, food safety, and additional department-specific responsibilities / pre-requisites.

Qualifications include 6+ months of related experience and / or training, or a required combination of equivalent education / training. Knowledge of department production stations, including quality standards, set-up, operation, cleaning, and maintenance of all equipment is required. Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, and speak effectively before groups of customers or Partners is required.

Physical demands include function in a fast-paced, retail environment, in detailed and precise tasks. Work with customers, staying attentive to their needs. Ability to lift and manage in excess of various weights based on department.
