Senior Customer Representative / Inside Sales

Compensation: $25-30 per hour

Doherty Staffing Solutions is partnering with a global aerospace and defense manufacturing company to hire a Senior Customer Representative / Inside Sales professional in the Hopkins/Minnetonka area. This role supports customers across advanced manufacturing sectors by managing quotes, orders, and ongoing customer communication while delivering an exceptional service experience. • Become fully proficient in the companys manufactured products and services
• Engage customers and sales representatives in a professional, friendly, and solutions-focused manner
• Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries regarding quotes, order status, complaints, and returns
• Enter, update, and maintain assigned customer data within the company CRM/database
• Support sales activity by managing customer requirements, forecasts, and expectations
• Meet personal and team performance goals through clear communication and dependable follow-through
• Follow all sales operating procedures, quality requirements, safety protocols, and company policies

• High school diploma required; associate or college degree preferred
• Previous customer service or inside sales experience within a manufacturing environment (electronics, PCB, contract manufacturing, plastics, tool & die, distribution, or similar industries preferred)
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal and written communication
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Basic math skills and solid technical aptitude
• Reliable transportation to the Hopkins/Minnetonka area #metrocareers
