One of the region’s top automotive groups is looking to hire an experienced Office Manager. The role will oversee the accounting operations at a well-established, mid-size Japanese import dealership. There is a great team in place, and you will have strong regional support to help you grow and succeed. Successful candidates must have experience working as an Office Manager in a franchised dealership and have CDK experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily financial and accounting operations
- Manage office staff and delegate tasks
- Ensure efficient processes and systems are in place
- Maintain high levels of customer service
- Utilize CDK software for dealership operations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of Automotive Office Management, Dealership Accounting, or Administrative Leadership experience required
- Prior Automotive Office Manager experience strongly preferred
- CDK experience is required
- Strong background in dealership accounting processes
- Experience with A/P, A/R, payroll, schedules, reconciliations, and general ledger functions
- Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Import dealership experience is a plus
