Clinical Nurse Manager 3 (Full Time, Permanent) As part of our continuing expansion, we are currently recruiting for a CNM3 to provide support within the Nursing Management team. The Clinical Nurse Manager III will participate in the management of and be responsible for the day to day service of clinical care within area of responsibility.Planning, directing and coordinating the activities of the service delivery.Supervise and coordinate and lead a team of staff in the implementation and provision of the highest quality patient care.Act as a role model by promoting best practice in the delivery of nursing care and provide clinical expertise and support within the inter disciplinary team.Support, assist and facilitate colleagues in achieving specific Critical Success Factors as developed for the ward/unit/department.Encourage a culture of openness and participation through effective communication.He/she will also be responsible for his/her own professional development. Candidate Requirements Current registration with NMBI Strong values and commitment to patient Safety & Quality Minimum of 5 years experience in a people management role essential Minimum 5 years post graduate acute care nursing experience. Excellent knowledge of contemporary nursing practice and skills Management Qualification essential. ACLS course completed, or be willing to undertake Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong IT skills. Applications, in writing, to by Friday May 22nd 2026.
