Business Development Manager (Construction / Industrial Equipment) Location: Leinster-focused (with coverage across Munster and parts of the Midlands) Salary: €55,000 - €65,000 + Bonus (OTE +20%) + Company Vehicle & Benefits Job Type: Full-time, Permanent About the Company A well-established and market-leading provider of access equipment and industrial solutions, with over 30 years of experience supporting major construction and engineering projects. With a strong reputation and significant growth plans, the company operates a large fleet of equipment and serves Tier 1 and Tier 2 contractors across multiple sectors. The Role We are seeking an ambitious and driven Business Development Manager to join a high-performing commercial team. This is a field-based role focused on developing new business opportunities and building long-term relationships within the construction and industrial sectors. You will play a key role in expanding market share and driving revenue growth across a portfolio of large-scale clients.
