Known for delivering high-quality projects across commercial, industrial, residential, and specialist sectors, this company has built a strong reputation for excellence, professionalism, and long-term client relationships throughout Ireland and the UK. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional to take ownership of multiple projects while working with a company recognised for its strong pipeline of work, collaborative culture, and commitment to quality delivery. Key Responsibilities Oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects from pre-construction through to handover Manage site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Lead programme planning, coordination, and operational performance across projects Monitor project progress, budgets, labour, procurement, and commercial performance Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and internal teams Drive health & safety compliance and promote best practice across all sites Identify risks, implement solutions, and maintain project momentum Mentor and support Site Managers and project delivery teams Requirements Proven experience in a Project Manager, Operations Manager, or Senior Site Management role Strong background delivering large-scale construction projects Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously Strong understanding of construction programmes, commercial awareness, and H&S regulations Lead meetings Experience working with main contractors is highly desirable Relevant construction qualifications/certifications preferred Whats on Offer Competitive salary and attractive package Long-term career progression opportunities Opportunity to work on high-profile and technically challenging projects Supportive and forward-thinking leadership team Strong pipeline of secured work across Ireland and the UK For a confidential discussion and further information, apply today!
