About Your New Job As the Project Quantity Surveyor, you will: Oversee contract administration, financial management, and coordination of subcontractors from project start to finish. Review and negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all obligations and timely resolution of contractual issues. Manage project budgets, prepare bi-weekly/monthly financial reports, conduct valuations, and oversee the processing of payments. Handle all variations, implement cost-control strategies, and carry out final account evaluations. Attend the construction site regularly, ensuring performance and resolving any project concerns directly with stakeholders. Maintain comprehensive project documentation, and facilitate clear communications among clients, project managers, and other teams. Proactively manage commercial and procurement activities, including supplier selection and value engineering. Identify and manage project risks to ensure successful delivery and compliance throughout the life of the project. What Skills You Need Minimum 3 years experience as a Quantity Surveyor or similar role within construction/project environments. Strong knowledge of contract law, commercial management, and financial reporting. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with proven subcontractor coordination experience. High proficiency in managing project budgets, cost controls, and preparing valuations. Demonstrated ability to handle variations, project risk, and conflict resolution. Ability to attend site regularly and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. What's on Offer Competitive salary €45,000 up to €65,000 depending on experience.
