Your new company This company are a specialist financial services group focused on lending, savings and advice to corporate and individual clients. Alongside this, it supports private clients and advisers with investment and wealth services and operates a markets business providing trading and liquidity support. They are seeking to hire an experienced FP&A Manager to join their Motor finance team based in Dublin. This office is easily accessible from the M50, M2, M3 and City centre. Parking is available on site. Your new role You will be tasked with duties such as Produce monthly management and board reporting, highlighting key financial performance metrics Partner with senior stakeholders to set cost budgets, track spend and identify efficiencies, savings and risks Deliver clear variance analysis and commentary against budget, forecast and prior year Prepare investor reporting for the securitisation programme Lead the annual budgeting process and periodic forecasting cycles Work closely with operations and support teams to understand and manage key cost drivers Provide cost reporting and performance insight to support Motor and Retail Operations leadership What you'll need to succeed To be considered, you must have : Full working rights in the Irish market from EEA passport or Visa. Fully qualified : ACCA, ACA, CIMA or similar Strong experience working in a similar role In depth understanding of the above-mentioned tasks Ability to build and maintain relationships across multiple internal stakeholders It is desirable to have : Excel modelling experience Exposure to the financial services, motor finance or automotive industries What you'll get in return This role offers a starting salary of up to €80,000.
