Teach, coach, and train associates to ensure effective execution of core Asset Protection initiatives Drive execution of the Merchandise Protection Standards, Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs Review and analyze shrink performance within the district and by store location Build partnerships with local law enforcement to strengthen brand Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older Must be legally permitted to work in the United States Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers Excellent written and verbal communication skills Licensure/certification to comply and requirement that varies by location Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a similar role Benefits:
