Physical Therapist

Encompass Health seeks a compassionate Physical Therapist to deliver evidence-based rehabilitation in our inpatient hospital setting. In this role, you will evaluate patients with complex medical and neurologic conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy focused on restoring mobility, strength, and functional independence. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, educate patients and families on home programs and safety, and document progress in accordance with regulatory and hospital standards—within a supportive, growth-focused culture.
