Production Supervisor Co. Wexford A well-established FMCG manufacturer in Co. Wexford is seeking a Production Supervisor to lead and support operations in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. With over 15 years in business, the company has built a strong, energetic workforce with a great team culture and a busy, high-performing plant floor. Their products are exported across Europe, the Middle East, and the UK. You will report to the Production Manager and work closely with another Production Supervisor and Team Leads, managing a team of 20-30 staff. Location Easily commutable from Enniscorthy, Wexford Town, New Ross, Gorey, Carlow, South Wicklow, and Arklow Salary & Benefits Strong salary plus shift allowance Company pension Lots of support & mentorship from a very supportive Production Manager Shift Pattern Rotating shifts: 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm Fridays: 6am-1pm / 1pm-8pm Monday-Friday & Tuesday-Saturday rotation (flexibility required) The Role You will play a key role in ensuring smooth, efficient production operations while maintaining high GMP and quality standards. Working closely with the Production Manager and wider team, you will help drive output, performance, and continuous improvement across the plant. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily production activity to ensure smooth workflow and output targets are met Ensure full compliance with SOPs, GMP, and company procedures Monitor team performance against daily and weekly KPIs Support and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the plant Assist with production planning and cross-functional coordination Participate in Health & Safety and operational meetings Ensure accurate and timely production documentation Lead, motivate, and develop a team of 20-30 staff Support training and cross-skilling across the team Requirements Previous supervisory experience in a production / manufacturing environment Experience working with manufacturing systems Skills: Wexford Carlow Production Supervisor Food Production Benefits: Pension
