Key Responsibilities: Support proposal generation, formatting, and editing to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with client requirements Coordinate and schedule internal sales milestone meetings (e.g., Tollgate reviews, pipeline updates, and opportunity strategy calls) Track key deliverables and timelines across active opportunities to ensure deadlines are met Maintain and update CRM (e.g., HubSpot) with opportunity details, notes, and activity tracking Email reminders and client outreach on behalf of sales team as needed. Provide light client follow-up support, including scheduling, status updates, and information requests Assist senior sales leadership with reporting, presentation materials, and sales documentation Partner cross-functionally with operations, finance, and technical teams to gather inputs for proposals and sales materials Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in sales support, sales administration, or outbound sales roles Strong organizational and project coordination skills with high attention to detail Strong Microsoft Office experience, specifically Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Effective written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with both commercial and technical stakeholders recblid gngkxsr85f9zqtcwkso002185faszi
