Sales Executive (SaaS)
Hybrid Based Central London (Soho) 3 days per week in office
Role Summary
LM Talent Solutions are recruiting on behalf of our client a motivated and commercially driven SaaS Sales Executive to identify, engage, and convert prospective customers into long-term clients. The role focuses on selling cloud-based software solutions to businesses, managing the full sales cycle, and achieving revenue growth targets through consultative selling and relationship management.
The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with a solid understanding of SaaS products, customer pain points, and modern B2B sales methodologies. You will be a natural self starter and be capable of working both independantly and as part of a team
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting (calls, Email, Linked in etc) networking, referrals, and inbound lead follow-up.
Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, business challenges, and decision-making processes.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations to prospective customers.
Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Alongside Senior Management Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms within company guidelines.
Close deals and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Customer Relationship Management
Develop strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers using proven customer testimonials and case studies to leverage credibility
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the buyer journey.
Collaborate with Customer Success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer retention.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts. Market & Product Knowledge
Maintain deep knowledge of the company’s platform, features, and competitive positioning
Stay informed on industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
Provide feedback to Product and Marketing teams based on customer insights. Reporting & Administration
Maintain accurate sales records and forecasts within the CRM system.
Track KPIs including conversion rates, pipeline value and activity metrics.
Prepare regular sales reports for management
Required Skills & Experience
Essential
2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within SaaS or technology.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience managing full sales cycles from prospecting to close.
Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Ability to understand technical products and explain value propositions clearly.
Strong organizational and pipeline management skills.
Self-motivated and target-oriented

Commercially aware with strong business acumen
Collaborative team player

Experience selling subscription-based software solutions.
Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
