Senior Occupational Therapist Location Dublin West Adult Primary Care Emerald Locums are currently recruiting for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join a well-established primary care team in Dublin West. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, community-based setting delivering high-quality services to an adult population. The successful candidate will be working within adult primary care services, supporting clients with complex needs in community and home environments. This is a full-time contract role with a minimum duration of 6 to 12 months and a high likelihood of extension. The service offers a collaborative, multidisciplinary work environment with structured support and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact within the local community. What's on offer: Full-time hours Contract duration of 6-12 months with strong likelihood of extension Above HSE payscale salary ranging from €75,000 to €82,000 per annum Holiday pay and sick pay included Supportive multidisciplinary team environment Valuable experience within a well-established primary care service Duties: Complete comprehensive occupational therapy assessments within clients' homes and community settings Carry out complex seating assessments and provide recommendations for specialist equipment Assess for and prescribe home adaptations to support independent living Conduct general wheelchair assessments and liaise with suppliers as required Develop and implement individualised intervention plans Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members, families, and carers Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service planning Requirements: CORU registration with Occupational Therapist division Minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience Proven experience in adult primary care Experience in complex seating provision and home adaptations Competency in general wheelchair assessment Full clean driving licence and access to own car Rights to work in Ireland If you meet the above criteria and are interested, please apply with your up-to-date CV.
