About Your New Job As the Senior Project Quantity Surveyor, you will manage all commercial aspects of residential construction projects from inception to completion. Responsible for procurement, cost monitoring and control, reporting, preparation of interim payments, and settlement of final accounts. Collaborate with key stakeholders, attend site meetings, manage subcontractor packages, and produce accurate project forecasts and valuations. Demonstrate strong commercial acumen, lead on technical construction details, and ensure high-quality project delivery. What Skills You Need Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying with significant post-graduate experience in a similar residential role. Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Cost-ex (or similar), Microsoft Word, Excel, and the wider MS Office suite. Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to meet demanding time and quality targets, and proactively manage priorities. Demonstrated experience of working collaboratively within a team.
