Senior Product Owner - Contractor Role - Dublin (Hybrid - 2 Days' On-Site) We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner who can develop and maintain a clear backlog and use it to optimize the value delivered by the development teams. The successful candidates will join an expanding Dublin based team. This is a rolling / long-term contract position. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced Agile environment and will have the ability to work effectively in a cross-disciplinary team. The team will focus on the development of a new enterprise scale application. *Please note - This isnota Product Manager role. * Candidate must have7+ yearssuitable commercial experience to be considered for these positions. Responsibilities Taking both user and business needs into account, drive requirements analysis with Service Management/ Product Management. Drive high level design and solutioning exercises working with UX Designers/PMs, and the Scrum Team to develop concepts. Coordinate usability and user experience testing throughout the release cycle. Work with teams to develop and groom stories JIT. Manage production bugs for products in conjunction with SLAs. Work with Scrum teams in estimating to define target scope and a release plan. Review and agree solution fitness with Product Managers. Create and maintain the Product Backlog - making feature trade-offs, priority calls etc. Prioritize and sequence the Backlog according to business value.
