Key Responsibilities
Performing standard IT Helpdesk duties, including but not limited to:
* Front-end IT support, password resets, etc
* Basic software/hardware issues
* Assist with new colleague onboarding/system set up & access
* Asset management
* hardware/software register
* device tracking
* arranging repairs and replacements
* Manage the ticketing system, logging, prioritising, and closing off support requests
Key Skills & Competencies
* Knowledge of Windows and Microsoft 365 is essential
* Active Directory or Azure AD experience
* An understanding or some experience in using a ticketing tool such as ServiceNow, Jira, Freshdesk
* IT certification like CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Fundamentals would be beneficial but not essential
