At Indelco Plastics, we're searching for a motivated and people-oriented Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you won't just be selling you'll be building real partnerships with clients in a hands-on industry, providing high-quality fluid handling products and solutions.

Visiting and building lasting relationships with customers in your assigned territory
Identifying and developing new sales opportunities through research, prospecting, and referrals
Following up on leads and inquiries with confidence and professionalism
Providing quotes, answering technical questions, and guiding clients to the right solution
Partnering with our internal teams and warehouse to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries
Staying informed about new products, market trends, and customer needs
Helping troubleshoot challenges and provide creative solutions when issues arise
Attending sales meetings, maintaining accurate call logs, and keeping a clean vehicle log
12 years of sales or customer service experience (bonus if you've worked with plastics or industrial products)
A great communicator who enjoys connecting with people
Detail-oriented and organized with strong follow-through
Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM/ERP systems, and updating calendars/logs
Someone with a valid driver's license and who enjoys being on the road
A self-starter who can manage their schedule and prioritize their territory
