Physical Therapist

Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team in our inpatient rehabilitation hospital. In this role, you will evaluate patients, develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapeutic interventions to restore function, mobility, and independence. You will collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and an interdisciplinary rehab team to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. Responsibilities include patient assessment, goal setting, therapeutic exercise, gait and balance training, use of rehab modalities, and timely EMR documentation. You will educate patients and families on home programs and safety, contributing to positive outcomes in a nurturing, dynamic, and rewarding work environment with clear opportunities for professional growth.
