Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8-hour shifts (CST hours 9:00am–7:00pm)
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day account service for assigned small business clients
Deliver high-quality, efficient solutions tailored to client needs
Successfully manage monthly renewals and ensure client retention
Build and expand client relationships through ongoing care and consultative discussions
Collaborate with sales team to drive referrals, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities
Balance inbound calls, tasks, and emails while meeting service goals
Contribute to business outcomes including client satisfaction, growth, and operating targets
Foster a culture of performance, teamwork, and continuous improvement
Candidate Requirements Essential:
Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years client service/insurance experience OR High School/GED with 3+ years client service/insurance experience
Active Property & Casualty license
Dependable internet access
Ability to balance multiple priorities and build rapport over the phone
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
EPIC system experience
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and productivity tools
Scheduling flexibility
