Responsibilities
Prepare and sending invoices
Providing general administration support to Office Manager and senior staff
The ability to act with a sense of urgency
Be able to work as part of a team and autonomously
Answering the telephone, making appointments, responding to client
Dealing with all telephone enquiries in a professional manner
Maintaining reception area
Filing/scanning
