Clear Choice System is seeking a motivated and professional
B2B Sales Representative
to support the continued growth of our subscription-based marketing and AI services. This role involves consultative, business-to-business (B2B) sales conversations with local business owners. The Sales Representative will evaluate operational and marketing needs, present tailored solutions, and close service packages starting at $297 per month and extending into higher-ticket solutions depending on scope. This is a foundational sales role within the company and an opportunity to grow alongside a scaling organization.
Compensation
Base Salary: $55,000 – $66,000 annually (commensurate with experience)
Recurring Revenue Participation: 10% of Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) generated from accounts closed by the Sales Representative, paid in accordance with company compensation policy
Key Responsibilities
Conduct consultative B2B sales calls with qualified prospects
Evaluate business needs and identify appropriate service solutions
Close subscription-based service packages (starting at $297/month and higher depending on scope)
Deliver high-quality customer service throughout the sales process
Maintain accurate documentation and follow-through
Ensure smooth transition of new clients into onboarding
Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience
Proven success in telephone-based sales
High level of self-motivation and independence
Strong customer service orientation
Active listening skills and strong social perceptiveness
Ability to evaluate customer needs and satisfaction levelsProfessional front-facing customer experience
Strong computer proficiency and comfort with virtual sales environments
Ability to manage pipeline independently and meet performance expectations
Preferred
Experience selling subscription-based, marketing, SaaS, or high-ticket services
Canvassing or field sales experience
