Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage relationships with contractors, specifiers, architects, and end users Identify and secure new business opportunities within commercial and industrial sectors Maintain and grow existing accounts through excellent customer service and technical understanding Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations Work closely with internal technical and operations teams to deliver successful project outcomes Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
Requirements
Essential experience within resin flooring systems Proven background in sales/account management within flooring, construction materials, or related sectors Strong communication and negotiation skills Ability to build long-term client relationships Self-motivated with a proactive approach to business development Full UK driving licence
