Be the client’s primary point of contact within Mountain Pacific for all activities including organizational communication, contract management, marketing of additional services and/or products, and dispute resolution. Establish and communicate clear expectations on the roles and responsibilities to the client of the services Mountain Pacific will provide. Ensure client expectations are met with a high degree of customer satisfaction. Meet internal and external metrics associated with assigned contracts. Benefits

The QIA II is a full-time remote position in Alaska. The successful candidate would have excellent written and verbal communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail. A minimum of 7 years of experience with a bachelor's degree preferred. This position requires travel up to 15-60%. The target compensation for this position is $70,000 - $95,000 per year.
