Responsibilities
Define and drive product vision and roadmap: identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements, prioritize features, and determine resources and timelines.
Manage the product development process: work closely with engineering, technical communications, and marketing to prioritize features and technical enhancements, balancing short‑term needs with long‑term strategic goals.
Gather and analyze market and customer feedback: collect feedback from customers, sales teams, and stakeholders to understand product usage and suggest improvements.
Communicate with stakeholders: present the product vision and roadmap to customers, sales teams, and executives.
Apply technical expertise: maintain a strong technical background or understanding of the technologies used to deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions.
Drive cross‑functional collaboration: manage end‑to‑end scenarios and customer experiences, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders to ensure consistent customer experiences.
Qualifications
5+ years of recent product development or tax industry experience.
Understanding of agile methodologies and product development lifecycle.
Effective communication with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Ability to translate complex needs into actionable product requirements.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Passion for technology and a drive to create innovative products that delight customers.
