As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate information, resolving issues, and supporting the onboarding of volunteers and clients. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and contributing to the mission of community support. Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat Provide accurate information about services and programs Resolve customer issues with a focus on satisfaction Maintain detailed records of customer interactions Assist in onboarding new volunteers and clients Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery Provide feedback on common customer issues to enhance services Participate in training and development programs Required Skills and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM software Empathy and passion for helping others Previous customer service experience (preferred but not required) Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges What We Offer
