Customer Service Representative

RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma or equivalent
2+ years of customer service or clerical experience preferred
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal)
Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work independently in a remote environment
Proficiency with computers and willingness to learn new systems
Calm, professional demeanor with strong problem-solving skills
