Customer Support Assistant
to join our remote team. In this role, you will help support customers by responding to inquiries, assisting with service requests, and ensuring each client receives prompt and professional assistance. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, communicating clearly, and working in a flexible remote environment. We welcome candidates who are looking to gain experience in customer support and grow within a supportive team. Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and messaging platforms Provide clear and accurate information regarding company services and policies Assist clients with service requests, updates, and general support Maintain organized records of customer interactions in internal systems Follow up with customers when needed to ensure satisfaction Work collaboratively with team members to resolve client concerns Qualifications
