We are seeking a Remote Honeymoon Coordinator to help couples plan unforgettable, well-organized getaways. In this fully remote role, you will manage reservations, coordinate schedules, and handle all details to ensure a smooth, stress-free experience from start to finish. This position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, client-focused, and passionate about creating memorable travel experiences.
What Youll Do:
Communicate with clients to understand preferences, timelines, and priorities
Assist with researching destinations, accommodations, and options
Organize schedules, confirmations, and planning details
Provide timely updates and answer client questions
Ensure accuracy, organization, and clear communication throughout the process
What Were Looking For:
Strong communication and organizational skills
Customer service, planning, hospitality, or support experience (preferred, not required)
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Detail-oriented, professional, and reliable
Must be a citizen of the US, UK, Mexico, Australia, Spain and LATAM
