Requirements
Minimum 2 years of business development/lead generation experience
Accountable for meeting and exceeding all revenue, KPI, and performance targets
Ability to think outside the box and perform within a challenging business climate
Strong communication, organizational, multi-tasking, and networking skills
Develop, grow, and maintain a healthy book of business
Build strong relationships with hiring managers via in-person, text, phone, networking events, social media, and email
Ability to thrive in a remote environment and navigate through the virtual world of selling
Somebody enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with clients, new clients, and coworkers
Completion of a four-year Bachelor’s degree

You will be well-compensated for your performance: We offer a competitive base salary and a lucrative un-capped commission plan/earning potential + monetary incentives/contests to feed your competitive nature throughout the year + 100% paid benefits, 224 hours PTO (3 weeks of vacation, 5 sick days, 8 holidays) AND potential for an annual base pay increase (based on performance and merit), a non-micro managed environment and the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals.
