2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. In this role, you will perform a wide range of in‑store tasks, including installing and updating sales floor fixtures, performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs, and following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives.

Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to field services management and keep availability updated.
Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures.
Complete required forms, surveys, and documentation before leaving the job site.
Maintain and update displays per planograms and client requests.
Perform break‑fix repairs as needed.
Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people).
Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks.
Assist team members and participate in training and certification programs.
Adhere to accurate timecard submission; report anomalies daily.
Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.
Maintain weekend availability as needed.
Qualifications Age / Eligibility
Must be 18 or older.
Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Availability
Flexible Monday‑Friday availability.
Weekend and holiday availability as required.
Early morning and late‑night availability as required.
Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
Physical Abilities
Climb a ladder up to 10 feet.
Lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
Can kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp, and reach overhead.
Adaptability
Adjust to changing tasks and work environments.
Communication Skills
Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
Use a smartphone to clock in/out, upload photos, download applications, and connect to the internet.
Respond to management promptly (typically within 24 hours).
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous retail or merchandising experience beneficial.
Experience Preferred
Installation and merchandising experience.
Proficiency with hand and power tools.
Ability to follow planogram directives.
Technology
Must own an Android or Apple mobile device.
Navigate communication platforms and applications independently.
Training
Complete all training assignments within designated time frames.
Work collaboratively and autonomously.
Transportation and Travel
Reliable transportation required.
Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
Leadership & Communication
Strong leadership, professional communication, and presentation skills.
Sound decision making, good judgment, and problem‑solving.
Autonomous work with excellent time management and reporting skills.
