This is a career position for people who are serious about wine and about themselves. ________________________________________ Key ResponsibilitiesALL Develop and manage a portfolio of on-premise and off-premise accounts (Boston focus) Prospect and open new accounts in assigned territory Present and sell wines to buyers, sommeliers, and decision-makers Execute tastings, staff training, and in-store promotions Maintain CRM/activity tracking and provide regular market feedback Support brand building initiatives and supplier visits ________________________________________ Qualifications 2+ years of wine sales experience in Massachusetts preferred Strong knowledge of wine (French/European focus a plus) Existing relationships in Boston market (restaurants, retail) highly valued Understanding of MA compliance and pricing environment Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage territory efficiently ________________________________________ Compensation Competitive base salary + commission structure Opportunity for growth within a rapidly expanding company Portfolio with strong identity and supplier support ________________________________________ Why Join DB Wine Selection Curated, high-quality portfolio (not "commodity" brands) Real opportunity to build territory and make an impact Integration with a broader import platform (Panebianco Imports)
