Manage a high-volume portfolio of core accounts, prioritizing effectively to drive retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth Develop a strong understanding of each client’s business objectives and align Array’s solutions to support those goals Own the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, deployment, launch, ongoing optimization, renewal, and expansion Execute a structured engagement model that balances proactive outreach with scalable communication and support Identify and act on growth opportunities, including upsell and cross-sell motions across Array’s product suite Resolve or anticipate client issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented approach Partner with Product, Marketing, and Deployment teams to deliver consistent and repeatable client outcomes Provide structured client feedback to inform product improvements and roadmap prioritization Maintain awareness of industry trends, regulatory considerations, and market dynamics relevant to clients Maintain a habit of using AI tools to think, build, and ship faster—it’s your default, not an afterthought Requirements:
3+ years of experience in B2B client success, account management, or related roles, managing a portfolio of accounts with responsibility for retention and growth Experience owning a book of business in the range of ~$3M–$8M ARR, preferably in a high-volume environment Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining consistent client outcomes Strong relationship management skills with the ability to build trust across a range of stakeholders Experience identifying and executing on expansion opportunities within existing accounts Operational discipline with the ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and follow structured processes Clear communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to simplify complex topics for clients Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or credit-related products is preferred Ownership mindset with a focus on accountability and results A belief that AI is reshaping work, you instinctively use it to accelerate everything you do Benefits:
